Trying my best

I've been going in and out of the hospital. I've tried to finish my work and attend my classes but I'm having problems with my bodies now. I'm having fever and I can't get up because I can't breathe all the time. It's hard for me to do this. My assignments are loaded and I have to finish everything by next week. ARGHHHH !!! Someone please help me here. I can't do this alone anymore. What should I do ? Can someone let me know what should I do to be a good student ? I'm trying my best for this semester. Maybe I should not register late for the next semester so I won't be chasing my assignments all the time.
